MORE ABOUT ME
If you want to reach a place
you’ve never been,
you must take a path
you’ve never walked before.
For over twenty years, I’ve spent at least twenty hours each week at the classroom board, shaping learning in real time, and dedicating the rest of my day to providing specialized psychological and pedagogical support for students, teachers, and parents.

By training, I am a psychologist, a teacher of English, an educational methodologist, and a trainer of social skills and aggression replacement techniques. I also work as a co-teaching teacher, supporting students and teachers in inclusive classrooms.
In my personal life, I raise two teenage children, live with four shepherd dogs, and enjoy life in the heart of a forest. What inspires me? The desire to provide support to a wider audience, to reach anyone seeking help who cannot come to me, call, or ask in person. Anyone who doesn’t know how to solve their problems, anyone thinking: “I know something needs to change, but how to do it?”
My years of experience, observation, and hands-on work have shown me unequivocally that every person we support has the chance to regain balance. Each will take that opportunity in their own way. And what I’ve learned over the years is: the only real mistake is doing nothing.
I invite you to read, to participate in workshops, to book consultations. I invite you to reflect, to practice, to experiment, and to take action. Change only happens when we act.
